We have an exciting opportunity for a GIS Specialist to join our Land Referencing and GIS team. Sitting within the Rural and Projects division, the role supports large scale utilities and infrastructure projects across the UK as demand grows rapidly.

The volume of this work has scaled quickly and the GIS platform and team is evolving to keep pace. You will contribute meaningfully to projects in the energy and utilities sectors while helping build processes that operate at scale.

You will join a collaborative GIS team committed to high levels of service. The Rural and Projects division covers rural estate management, energy and infrastructure projects, planning, consultancy and environmental services across a UK-wide network of offices.

There is real opportunity to influence the development of tools, standards and processes. You can meaningfully shape the systems used to support major project delivery now and in the future.

Requirements

Experience with GIS applications in land referencing or infrastructure projects
Familiarity with utilities and energy sector project requirements
Ability to develop and scale tools, standards and processes
Understanding of UK-wide project delivery across rural and infrastructure contexts
Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

Support the delivery of large scale utilities and infrastructure projects across the UK
Evolve the GIS platform and team to keep pace with rapidly increasing demand
Influence the development of tools, standards and processes that operate at scale
Contribute to a range of projects in the energy and utilities sectors
Deliver high levels of service within the collaborative GIS team
Shape the tools, systems and processes used for major project delivery
