Work with industry leaders applying leading-edge technologies to measure, analyze, and solve complex environmental problems. Manage small to regional multi-disciplined projects and develop technical approaches for site characterization activities. Prepare proposals, manage budgets, subcontractors, and communicate with clients and regulators.

Join the Irvine, California office as a Mid- to Senior-level Geologist. Provide technical training and support to staff while overseeing investigations and drilling programs. Gain exposure to California and Federal environmental regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience
  • Professional registration in California as a Geologist (PG)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology or similar
  • Experience completing fieldwork and managing projects subject to regulatory review and oversight in California
  • Knowledgeable with California and Federal environmental regulations, including waste characterization/disposal, DWR CA Well Standards, RCRA, and CERCLA
  • Extensive experience managing and overseeing environmental investigations and drilling programs and sampling various types of environmental media
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical training and support to staff
