We are seeking a motivated and experienced California Licensed Professional Geologist (PG) who enjoys both field and office work and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will prepare and review technical reports, regulatory documents, and field documentation with a strong emphasis on high-quality technical writing. You will also conduct and oversee site investigations, subsurface exploration, groundwater monitoring, and environmental site assessments.

You will interpret environmental data and develop practical remediation solutions, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies professionally and effectively. Requirements

  • Active California Professional Geologist (PG) license – REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 4–8 years of environmental consulting experience
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • Experience with groundwater monitoring, remediation systems, and environmental investigations
  • Familiarity with California environmental regulations and agency processes
  • Current OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification with annual refresher
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and collaborate with junior staff in both field and office settings
