Lean into analytic approaches that demonstrate the power of technical and methodological innovation to customers. Apply data science techniques—regression, NLP, clustering, neural networks, deep learning, image recognition—to geospatial problems. Develop algorithms supporting GEOINT mission outcomes and build workflows to surface unique insights.
Integrate geographic and geospatial scientific principles into model design and analysis. Deliver new analytic capability using agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Collaborate in iterative, team-based environments with expertise and agility.
Produce written reports, graphics, and briefings for technical and senior audiences. Succeed through collaboration in mission-critical settings. Contribute to actionable intelligence and strategic decision support for intelligence professionals.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- MA/MS from an accredited institution in a STEM-related discipline + 5 years relevant experience, OR BA/BS in a STEM-related discipline + 10 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated mastery of geographic and geospatial scientific principles, tools, and analytical techniques across most prior experience
- Proficiency in data science techniques: logistic regression, vector analysis, NLP, PCA, clustering, neural networks, deep learning, image recognition, and algorithm development
- Proficiency in tabular analysis, SQL, and scripting languages (Python, R, Julia, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Ability to deliver new analytic capability in iterative, team-based environments
- Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
