In this role, you will support resource and structural geology projects from early-stage exploration through to resource estimation. You will compile, analyze, and interpret geological and field data to inform technical assessments and recommendations. Additionally, you will develop geological models using industry-standard software to support project delivery.

You will collaborate within multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality work under senior guidance. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Geology
Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Geologist (P.Geo.) or Geologist in Training (GIT) in Canada
3–5 years of relevant experience in exploration, grade control, or resource evaluation
Experience working in consulting or technical services within mining or exploration environments
Demonstrated experience contributing to technical mining projects and reports
Proficiency with geological data analysis and modeling tools such as Datamine, Vulcan, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, or Global Mapper
Strong communication skills, including technical writing and presentations
Ability and willingness to travel internationally and to remote project locations

Responsibilities

Support resource and structural geology projects from early-stage exploration through to resource estimation
Compile, analyze, and interpret geological and field data to inform technical assessments and recommendations
Develop geological models using industry-standard software to support project delivery
Prepare high-quality technical reports, figures, and documentation for clients and regulators
Contribute to proposal development and project planning activities
Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality work under senior guidance
Uphold WSP and client health and safety standards with a strong safety-first mindset
