The ArcGIS Developer will maintain and enhance the ArcGIS Enterprise platform, providing geospatial analysis, data management, and visualization capabilities. This role supports public sector agencies with secure, efficient solutions.

Develop and manage geospatial data workflows, integrating data from systems like CAPTURE using Python scripts for ETL processes. Configure and optimize ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store while ensuring FedRAMP compliance. Troubleshoot system performance and support role-based access control.

Create advanced mapping and spatial analysis solutions for law enforcement and fugitive apprehension missions. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable geospatial solutions. The position requires U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance eligibility.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise tools
  • Strong Python scripting expertise
  • Experience with geospatial data management
  • Knowledge of AWS GovCloud architecture
  • Familiarity with role-based access control
  • Spatial analysis and visualization skills
  • Must possess or be eligible for Public Trust background investigation and/or clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage geospatial data workflows, integrating data from systems like CAPTURE
  • Create custom scripts using Python for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
  • Configure and optimize ArcGIS components, including ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store
  • Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and other government security standards
  • Troubleshoot system performance and support role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Create advanced mapping and spatial analysis solutions to support law enforcement and fugitive apprehension missions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable geospatial solutions
