We seek a Senior GIS Developer for federal client support in this full-time remote role.

Lead design of scalable JavaScript web applications using React, NextJS, ExtJS, and OpenLayers while developing Java-based RESTful services integrating geospatial data. Architect CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and mobile apps with React Native and Swift for Esri ArcGIS integration. Oversee ArcGIS platforms and perform advanced troubleshooting for GIS issues.

Requirements

Knowledge in PostgreSQL/PostGIS, including spatial data manipulation and advanced geospatial queries
Hands-on experience in developing applications in AWS environment
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, NextJS, ExtJS and OpenLayers
Proficiency in developing Java-based RESTful web services
Experience with mobile development using React Native and Swift integrating Esri ArcGIS
Expertise in ArcGIS platforms configuration and administration
Ability to architect CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, modern JavaScript web applications using frameworks such as React, NextJS, ExtJS and OpenLayers
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex GIS and non-GIS application issues
Architect, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for efficient application delivery
Design and oversee the development of automated testing frameworks for high-quality GIS applications
Develop and maintain robust Java-based RESTful web services integrating relational and geospatial data sources
Develop, deploy, and maintain mobile applications across iOS and Android using React Native and Swift with Esri ArcGIS integration
Oversee configuration, administration, and performance optimization of ArcGIS platforms
Lead Agile Scrum processes, mentor team members, and conduct peer code reviews
