Imaging specialists process huge volumes of seismic data for clients in the energy industry.

Process seismic data through complex signal processing, modelling and imaging workflows to generate high resolution subsurface images and models. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through service excellence. Manage complex technical projects with multiple short- and long-term deadlines.

Collaborate effectively with team members and clients in a globally diverse environment. Gain cultural awareness through training and interaction with international teams. Work in a hybrid setup with up to two days per week from home.

Develop expertise in signal processing, modelling and imaging, plus awareness of geoscience and data science developments. Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Physics, Geophysics or Mathematics
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • No prior knowledge of geophysics or geology required
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Technical knowledge in an area of applied mathematics or physics
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and passion for your subject
  • Technical agility to adapt existing knowledge to a new field
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts
