As Reservoir Geologist in Direzione Giacimenti, Pozzi e Giacimenti area, you execute studies on geological, geophysical, petrophysical reservoir characterization, 3D static modeling, and operational planning for drilling and well completion.
You program, acquire, analyze, and interpret geological data for reservoir studies or updates, relating with line managers and corporate specialist functions. Perform petrophysical characterization, formation evaluation, data quality analysis of geophysical, petrofisical, stratigraphic, well data, assessing needs for new acquisitions or reprocessing.

Requirements
- Proficiency in petrophysical characterization including porosity, permeability, and gas/water saturation
- Expertise in formation evaluation, mudlogging, and well correlation techniques
- Ability to assess quality and reliability of geophysical, petrophysical, stratigraphic data
- Experience analyzing contractor data from cores, logs, in situ tests, and correlations
- Knowledge of specialist software for 3D static reservoir modeling
- Skills in well location planning and geological programming for drilling
- Familiarity with real-time data analysis and structural interpretation during drilling
Responsibilities
- Perform petrophysical characterization (porosity, permeability, gas/water saturation), formation evaluation, and static reservoir modeling using specialist software
- Analyze quality of geophysical, petrophysical, stratigraphic, and well data (formation evaluation, mudlogging, well correlation) and evaluate need for new acquisitions or reprocessing
- Analyze reliability of well geological and stratigraphic data from contractor studies (core lab analysis, in situ tests, log acquisition, correlations)
- Support definition of contractual aspects for geostructural characterization and reservoir modeling
- Support evaluation of operational needs for services, tools, materials; prepare technical specifications, tender documents, and evaluate technical offers
- Determine locations for new programmed wells for storage enhancement (infilling, development, geognostic)
- Draft geological programs for new wells
- Perform real-time data analysis with structural interpretation during new well drilling
