About this role
As Senior GIS Specialist, you are a serious sparring partner for clients with complex GIS challenges. Challenging projects requiring extensive knowledge of all GIS process aspects are assigned to you. You examine processes, behavior, and the best way to achieve the desired solution.
You possess extensive knowledge and experience with FME and/or ArcGIS. Depending on your prior knowledge, you join the FME or ArcGIS tribe for backend flawless data integration or frontend map displays exceeding all expectations.

Requirements
- Completed HBO / WO degree related to Geo or ICT
- At least 4 years work experience in GIS / Data management
- Experience with FME software, ETL applications, and/or ArcGIS solutions
- Extensive knowledge of GIS processes
- Proficiency in data integration or map visualization tools
Responsibilities
- Act as sparring partner for clients with complex GIS issues
- Handle challenging projects covering all aspects of GIS processes
- Analyze processes, behavior, and optimal paths to solutions
- Perform flawless data integration using FME on the backend
- Develop map displays exceeding expectations using ArcGIS on the frontend
- Mentor junior colleagues through knowledge sharing
- Present best practices during monthly knowledge sessions
