About this role
Manage the planning, design, and application of geospatial tools to support research and develop military operations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts in geospatial technology. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts for DoD or Intelligence Community applications.
Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions using Esri tools and remote sensing data. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision in project management. Analyze underground facilities or hard and deeply buried targets with mapping software and data analytics.
Serve as an integral member of a client delivery team to solve complex engineering or targeting problems. Collaborate in a matrix environment with platform-agnostic applications. Mentor or supervise employees in company and technical competencies.
Grow through experience supporting military operations with knowledge of data science and AI. Navigate deadlines with excellent time management in a people-first culture. Benefit from flexibility and collaboration, whether in person or remotely.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with geospatial technology and applications supporting the DoD or the Intelligence Community
- Experience with Esri tools, applications, and support
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of underground facilities or hard and deeply buried targets
- Knowledge of mapping software, data science, or data analytics
- Knowledge of platform-agnostic applications
- Ability to work as an integral member of a client delivery team to solve complex engineering or targeting problems
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
