About this role
You will contribute to the administration, operation, support and development of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications, including web interfaces to share geospatial information. You will be part of the Geomatics team in charge of measuring, collecting and managing geospatial data related to CERN infrastructure and equipment. This role is within the Site and Civil Engineering (SCE) Department.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with Future Collider Studies such as FCC and Muon Collider to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of dedicated GIS applications. You will implement additional developments and enhancements to current web applications. Additionally, maintain and support existing GIS web applications for CERN and external users.
