About this role
This senior-level position offers strategic technical leadership in structural geology, geohazard assessment, and geological modeling for major mining and infrastructure projects. The role is pivotal to supporting safe, efficient, and future-ready project delivery aligned with Saudi Arabia's transformative mining sector growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading advanced structural geology studies such as fault system analysis, lineament mapping, and 3D geological modeling. You will integrate structural interpretations with geophysical, geochemical, and geotechnical data to build robust predictive models and oversee geohazard assessments, slope stability modeling, and pit wall engineering.
You will serve as the company's subject matter expert on structural geology, mentoring junior geologists and promoting technical excellence. Collaboration with geotechnical, geophysical, and engineering teams is essential to deliver integrated consulting solutions across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to closure.
This position also involves driving business growth by identifying opportunities, shaping strategic initiatives, and providing expert input to technical proposals and client workshops. The role offers the chance to work on greenfield exploration and brownfield mine sites while driving innovation in geological modeling and risk mitigation.
