Geologist - Exploration

As an Exploration Geologist at Gold Fields, you will work closely with the Senior Exploration Geologist and the broader Exploration Team to deliver safe and effective exploration programs across the Agnew Gold Mine tenement package. This role is FIFO from Perth on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, offering a family-friendly schedule that supports work-life balance.

Your day-to-day will involve geological logging, sampling, and interpretation of RC and diamond drilling programs, as well as supporting the planning, execution, and supervision of exploration drilling activities. You will assist with target generation through data compilation, analysis, and geological modelling, and maintain accurate geological databases while ensuring QA/QC procedures are followed.

You will be part of a high-performing and technically focused team, working closely with contractors and operational stakeholders to ensure exploration activities are delivered safely and efficiently. The team is committed to helping unlock the next discovery in one of Australia's premier gold districts.
