The GIS Developer supports Barrow Wise's Baltimore project. Duties include developing and maintaining GIS applications focused on ArcGIS server technologies. Perform maintenance and project tasks for Department staff at least two days a week in Towson, MD.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years developing and modifying applications using J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, and Python
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS technologies, including ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, Collector, ArcSDE, and ArcGIS Mobile in the Public Sector
- Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python
- Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Triggers, and Stored Procedures
- Analysis of program and production problems
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and concepts (Oracle, SQL Server preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GIS applications with a focus on ArcGIS server technologies
- Develop and maintain ArcGIS server web applications
- Support configuration efforts in CityWorks and the GIS web services used for CityWorks
- Repair and upgrade existing Facilities toolsets and utility toolsets written in Visual C# using Visual Studio 2010 with the ArcObjects SDK 10.1
- Perform maintenance and project tasks for the Department staff
- Perform duties at least 2 days a week in Towson, MD
